The dream place, located just at a few km from Sibiu, Rășinari one of the oldest communes in “Marginimea Sibiului”. The area is very appreciated from tourists because it has a picturesque beauty, but also alot of local traditions and customs. The main occupation, that also gave the name of the locality is picking fir resin. Several people were born in the commune of Rășinari who later became well known personalities or scientists like Octavian Goga, Emil Cioran, Ilarie Mitrea and others.
