TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU

We are Trail Trips SRL, Company Number RO38798377, having its registered office at Str. Dr. Ilarie Mitrea nr. 746, Rășinari, Sibiu, Romania.

These Terms & Conditions set out what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase a tour, package holiday, or any related services from Trail Trips SRL. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. YOUR TRAVEL BOOKING

Whether you book individually or as part of a group, we will communicate with the lead booking name for all correspondence, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make a booking on behalf of all participants. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided are accurate and complete.

All participants must have valid travel documents and, where applicable, appropriate insurance coverage.

2. PRICING, BOOKING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are calculated for a minimum group of 4 participants, unless otherwise specified.

All prices are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

To confirm a booking with Trail Trips SRL, a 30%–50% non-refundable deposit is required, depending on the type of experience.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the experience / before arrival.

If the booking is made within 30 days before arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:

  • payment is not completed on time
  • the minimum number of participants is not met
  • unforeseen circumstances arise

If we cancel the tour for reasons not related to the client, you will receive:

  • a full refund, or
  • the option to reschedule or accept an alternative experience

4. CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

We may need to make changes to your booking due to operational, safety, or external factors (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc).

If a significant change occurs, you will have the option to:

  • accept the change
  • accept an alternative experience
  • cancel and receive a full refund

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by email.

  • The deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation made less than 30 days before the tour results in 100% of the total booking price being non-refundable
  • Additional services (accommodation, rentals, third-party services) may also be non-refundable

6. PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITY

All participants must meet the legal and physical requirements for the activity booked.

Participation is entirely at your own risk. Outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow the instructions of the guide at all times.

Trail Trips SRL is not liable for incidents caused by failure to follow instructions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. COMPLAINTS

If you have any concerns or complaints, you can contact us at enjoy@trailtripsromania.com or via the contact form on our website.

We will respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

If the issue is not resolved, you may submit a written complaint after the tour.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some services may be provided by third-party suppliers (e.g. accommodation, transport, excursions). In such cases, their terms and conditions may apply.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
